Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT. Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Malaysia public holidays). Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events. Address cannot be changed once order is paid, Essando is not liable for wrong address in the invoice.

Essando aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you check out. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 5-7 working days (within West Malaysia), 7-21 (East Malaysia or outside Malaysia).
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
If you are not available to receive the order, you may contact our courier partner to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

We provide free shipping to Malaysia, China and Taiwan. However, depending on the value of your order, you may be charged import or customs charges.
