We’re in the office Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (MYT). You can send us an email any time or reach out through contact details in our Homepage.


Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.


If your Essando product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. Essando is happy to accept and process return for any products that are damaged, incorrectly delivered or missing during delivery

Please contact our Customer Service Team via email at enquiry@essando.com within 3 days after receipt of item. Our team will process your request and provide you with further instructions. ESSANDO will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Kindly return products in their original packaging condition along with you’re the below information:

  • Clear image of the damaged item (If possible indicate a short description of the damage in your email)
  • Name of Item
  • Contact Number
  • Order Number

Should you make an error when ordering online or change your mind after receiving the item, Essando will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase up to 7 days from the date of goods received. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the return delivery charges and any exceeded amount of the product that you intended to exchange. ESSANDO will not refund the balance if the amount is lower than the original item.

No refund of any kind will be issued for any products exchanged.


All goods sold are not refundable.

Should the product that you ordered is out of stock or discontinued, you will be notified immediately once we received the order, and we will proceed to the refund. All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or your bank account within 21 business days.
